I have been looking forward to this adventure. Just taste the specifications:

  1. Remote Island.

  2. Only accessible by foot during low tide.

  3. One overnight required since I cannot get back before high tide hits.

It’s quite a tough walk carrying a tent, water, basic food, and my camera gear. I set up my tent, eat a little and crawl in to sleep when darkness hits. Heavy rain accompanies me through the night.

“Around 8 o’clock in the morning, the rain calms down and I start my exploration of the island. After walking for an hour, I suddenly find myself in the most beautiful forest … at the edge of a cliff with the morning sun shining toward me through the haze.

The view over the sea is breathtaking. I quickly set up my camera and settle in for the next couple of hours.”
